Return Policy

1. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

If our services fail to meet guarantees under New Zealand law (for example, not carried out with reasonable care and skill), you may be entitled to a remedy. This policy explains our voluntary refund process in addition to your statutory rights.

2. Digital guides

PDF guides may be refunded within 14 days if not downloaded, upon written request.

3. Workshops

Cancellations 7 or more days before the session: full credit or refund. Within 7 days: 30% cancellation fee may apply unless we can fill your place.

4. Coaching packages

Unused sessions refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase if no sessions were completed.

5. How to request

Email callme@naturalnatural.world with your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days. Unresolved matters: see Complaints.
